What is it?
The KSRx Exchange project is an online database developed by the Kansas Pharmacists Association to assist members with the purchase and sale of short-date and overstock prescription medications.
Is It Legal?
Yes. The mission of this site is to provide a legal, secure and regulated means for members to purchase and sell short-date and overstock medications without having to obtain a wholesalers license. The KSRx Exchange operates with the full cooperation and approval of the Kansas State Board of Pharmacy. The sale or purchase of any Schedule I, II, III, IV or V drugs on this site is strictly prohibited.
What are the requirements?
All Kansas Pharmacists Association members currently in good standing are eligible to join KSRx Exchange. Prospective members need only to complete the registration form online and agree to the Terms of Use. After a moderator verifies and approves the submitted information, usually in 24 hours or less, members receive full access to the database.
How does it work?
Upon application approval, members may list their overstock and short-date medications, as well as view other members’ listings. Members opting in to the email notifications will receive an email whenever new items become available and all current listings are fully searchable using a variety of filters.
